What is dehydration and water intoxication?

An excessive loss of water and salts by the body results in dehydration. This can often occur when you are exercising or suffering from disease. Symptoms include fatigue and dizziness. Mild dehydration can de resolved by drinking water.


If we take in too much water (and not enough salts) water intoxication can occur. Symptoms include feeling faint, headaches and vomiting.
